What is the setup fee for?
The setup fee covers onboarding, data migration assistance, system configuration for your loan products and employer structure, and initial training for your team.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is the monthly fee per user?
No. BantuziLoans is priced per tenant (your organisation), not per user. Each plan has a maximum number of loan officers included.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — pay annually and save compared to month-to-month. The annual saving is shown on each plan card above.
What happens when I exceed my borrower limit?
We'll notify you before you hit the limit and give you the option to upgrade to the next plan. No sudden lockouts.
Is my data hosted in Zambia?
Yes. All data is stored on infrastructure in the region. We do not transfer data outside Zambia without your explicit consent.
